In “Nozomi”, I wanted to represent the spirit of hope and nature, inspired by Japanese culture and its deep respect for the environment. Hazelwood, a natural and renewable material, was the ideal choice to express this vision.
The name “Nozomi”, meaning hope in Japanese, reflects my desire to convey a positive message and inspire people to see the beauty and strength of nature. This work invites us to reflect on the importance of protecting the environment for the future and our own role in this quest. “Nozomi” reminds us of the importance of keeping hope alive and working together for a better future for all.
